This failed EDUR exhaust gas boiler feed pump – one of three identical pumps – required urgent repair.

The pumps were subject to a complete overhaul and the motors were comprehensively refurbished.
The magnetic coupling was replaced and a new pump shaft, new silicone carbide bearing and gasket set were fitted before a final test.
