A major UK-based food manufacturer approached us to make a new impeller fan to help pump raw material into the final production process.
A cast iron mould was constructed from our own patterns. Programmed from drawings produced by us, this was then machined on one of our large CNC milling machines.
It was then balanced prior to a special coating being applied. The final step was for it to be rebalanced after coating.
